Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Unable to Fix

My game is disconnecting again and again.. Tried re-installing punkbuster and directx but still the problem isnt fixed. 

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player '5w0rdfish' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Corrupted Module Header: d3d9.dll
battlefield 4

    Right, this has happened to me before. Have you gone to http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php and patched punkbuster for BF4? If not try it, if it still doesn't work try and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\punkbuster\redist and update Punkbuster out of this folder. Update me if it still doesn't work.

    It might worth a try to clean Direct X from your PC before install/update it again. Could you please tell us what kind of protection software you have installed on your machine? If you have any proxy related software installed on your machine, de-install it.

    I use kaspersky. I tried the game after uninstalling the antiviurs too but didnt work.. Even tried the game after formating my pc. but still it didnt work.. ☹️
