I already redeemed it
And EA app knows that I own the game but still says expired, I have to download the game on Origin and then open the game from the exe file every time
- Hi @kparmun You'll need to contact EA Help about this so they can remove the trial status from your account, which isn't something that can be done on the forums as noone here can access your account to make changes.
You can reach them at help.ea.com.I've already done that, even tried the Live Chat
They all give me answers like "Clear the app cache" or "Clean boot my Windows"
