Game moves at a snail pace
The game moves at a snail pace, approximately 2 or 3 seconds for each frame. In game and at menus.
- My system exeeds requirements.
- My system exceeds almost all of the recommendations.
- I have the latest Graphics drivers.
- It does not matter what I set the graphics to in game, the rate of about 2-3 seconds per frame remains steady.
- I even tried a tip I saw on reddit to unpark my processors and it did not work.
Anyone have anything else I can try?
