I am having issues downloading 4 BF4 add-ons. I own the game and all add-ons but it wont let me download Final Stand, China Rising, Second Assault and Dragon's Teeth. The EA help team were unable to help me so now I'm here. Someone please help me get my add-ons back.

Seems there might be a theme with ownership details on the EA side. My BF3 took a fair few chats to get resolved. Keep persisting with chat. Technical Support team would need to fix for you.

Game ownership disabled or deleted, that is the message that shows up. I've already talked to the EA help line and they can see that i own it but don't know why i cant download it
