I went and bought bf4 at gamestop at midnight (for PC) because my download speed is very bad. I pop the disk in and load up the install menu but after clicking continue the menu disappears and nothing happens after that. Any help!? I don't want to wait a whole day to download the game!
What you need to do if you have the 3 disk battlefield 4 set (which I have) is put the disk in, click autorun.exe and it takes you to how to download it with orgin. But its stupid that you need to spend money to get the game, so the best way to not spend money on the game is to get orgin access, which it allows you to get the premium game without having to waste more money. And orgin access lets you to have unlimited access to over 70+ games of you choice.
Hi there,I have the problem,go to task manager find origin,right click,open file location scroll down till you find origin uninstall click on it to remove origin and then delete where you had your origin games location now you have a fresh clean start,I had the same problem with battlefield hardline after going through the process mentioned it has now enabled me to install a fresh copy from the disc 🙂

After you have installed a fresh clean copy of disc,to get it working in origin you have to hover over where it says origin in the top left corner click it,select appliction settings,then select installs and saves at the top,where it says game libray location click on change,select the folder where you installed the game,then change the legacy game installers,select change folder go back to where you installed the game select the origin game folder open it select installer folder once you have done that you will get a message saying replace and delete ok it,then select my games click on the game then it will update it and ask you where you want your game saves choose your preference cloud or system,it then go to battle log and then choose campain or which ever you want to start and the game will start,hope this works for you worked for me,trying for a week to play and now sucsess happy gaming 🙂
