Gamebreaking glitch PS3

Well basically I've been since release enjoying BF3 relatively bug free. However within the few recent months I've been experiencing a major bug. I've asked aroud and no-one knew, I asked the Twitter and I did its reccomendation to delete everything and re-install it all (including all the expansions and little things like the vehicle shortcut and extra dog tags). I've done this twice now and it still has not fixed the bug.
What I experience is this. I will choose any server (I usually choose in the Europe region) and play any game, be it Conquest or RUsh or any else. For that game I run perfectly fine. The next one I will have problems. In the next game for a while all is good as usual. THen I will one time spawn and something major happens. My guns will never load, or any equips if I switch to them. Also all the terrain is of the preloaded sort, so the ground is much lower texture quality and vehicle models are those used when they are from a long distance, therefore use less rendering. SO I'm useless except for running around, capturing objectives and setting off M-Coms.
After the game finishes and goes to the summary page, it will load the blue background image, but nothing more. Nothing simply happens.
THen I will wait for the next game to load, however I get stuck with the blue box on the bottom right and nothing ever happens so I have to quit the game via the PS3 XMB. I also seem to find that the battlelog feed in the menu never loads and instead gives me an error message that it failed to connect to the feed.
Now I have been told by friends that they can see me ingame changing weapons and running around fine, so I have literally no idea what's wrong.

P.S. Before you ask I have deleted from the Game Data Utility file and the help.ea just repeats what I've already done.

Its a problem with BF3 because BF1943 runs perfectly fine.
