Gamekey invalid

I bought BF3 on Instant Gaming, as I wanted to redeem the code it said: 'key has already been redeemed' or something like this (idk what exactly since I don't have my client in english)

To recieve further help frim the IG support staff I need to know when the key [Removed by CM]

Hi @user1425869 You can contact EA Help through https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ but, as Instant Gaming are not an official third-party reseller, I don't know how much support they can give you. You might want to try requesting a refund from the seller and repurchasing from an official one (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/).

Hey @user1425869 our live support will not be able to assist with any issues related to purchases from third party sellers.

You will need to direct all questions to the retailer.
