Gamestop double XP promotion to be wasted due to unplayable game

Like many others this game is unplayable for me on the PC. I've tried just about everything being suggested without success. I had pre-ordered this game from Gamestop to get the double XP bonus for launch weekend...even picked it up at midnight. Given how poorly this game is performing I have little faith it'll be playable this weekend, meaning this exclusive promotion would be wasted.

Can we be given another shot at this promo for our troubles?
