getting external mods to level playing field

IVe noticed a lot of people are going 20-8. Constantly and almost effortlessly..I've played battlefield for several years and I'm tired of people always hacking and modding and getting away with it....u guys say u ban them but they are everywhere all the time so what are your thoughts??? Bc it's either that or sell the game....p.s. please don't question my skill either...
