Global Ban MBI...
They say someone stole my account or the like. I doubt it, unless it was through the Origin software itself. Either way, I played one night and it was fine. The next morning, banned. I have used no hacks, no cheats, no punkbuster anything.. nothing. Ever.
I have sent support tickets to EvenBalance, they had this meager response:
"The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.
To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID"
What a complete load of .... They basically are saying they have no idea what happened, where, who, how, why... they know nothing at all. But yet I'm banned permanently anyway without so much as a scrap of evidence.
It's pretty clear to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that I am not a cheater. Look at my profile. Run it through "Cheat-O-Meter". I have never even considered cheating on this game.

I have no hesitation in letting you know now, I will be as detrimental as I possibly can over this. I've never been mistreated so badly in my life by a company. I paid out more than a premium on this game and all it's substandard DLC packages. To now have my purchase essentially destroyed for no reason by the company who are supposed to stop cheaters and DON'T, is an outrageous miscarriage of justice.
This is my last attempt at seeking a resolution before I committ wholeheartedly to boycotting every product that so much as associates with EA, PunkBuster or Even Balance or any of their subsidiaries for life and will be using my substantial personal wealth and connections in marketing to launch multiple viral campaigns in support of my cause and against those I feel have CHEATED me. Catch the irony?
I will not be stopping at least until the personal expense is outweighed by the perceived losses of all responsible parties.
I will also be seeking legal counsel regarding my rights to file for restitution, given that I have at no point breached my end of any contracts entered and yet am being deprived of the use of my purchase.
