GPU usage drops accompanied with frame rate drops

Have you tried narrowing down the Frame Rate Limiter to 120, instead of 200?

Maybe that might help with this issue.

Give that a try, and see how it works while you're playing.

I will give it a go. Normally I have it set to monitor's refresh rate (165Hz), I upped it to 200 to see if it changed anything.
