Gun keeps firing, can't throw grenades, can't sprint

Hi, 

Every time I load up a Battlefield 1 and enter a mach, my main gun will not stop firing (if automatic), plus I can't throw grenades, and I can't ever sprint. if I switch to my pistol, it will fire normally, when change from standing to crouch/prone, or the other way around, my gun will fire one shot. I have tried resetting controller and that hasn't helped. I turned on/off the controller and console and it did not help. Changed the controller scheme and it did not help. I am using a PS4, and the controller acts normally in other games and in the menus. 

Please advise.
