It would seem that my account has been hacked and I received an email to say that I had a 1 week ban on battlefield 1.
I tried to change my password but dont know my security question and I have a new auxiliary email address shown on my account page..
I would like to have the account frozen till I can contact support or a way to change the password.. anyone know what I can do before he mess up all my game accounts?
Ok, So i managed to change the password by using the Forgot password link.
should i just let the week ban run its course or flag it?

Community AdminUnfortunately it might take a while to get this resolved, and the ban may play itself out. It'll be worth having the appeal on your account, to indicate that your account was compromised should you encounter any further issues in future.
