hacked

i bought battlefield 4 just today afternoon and clicked as install and i gave play and that's it got hacked my steam acc got linked with some random mail id 
then i searched in network and found its Russian hacker now am able to access the customer portal unable to access anything because it sends code to his mail id his mail id is [edit: email address removed] and he did something to be banned so that i won't be able to access to change the profile settings in customer portal what can i do
