Maybe I am wrong, but the Deluxe Edition is not Premium and you got only the following:
The Digital Deluxe Edition comes with three unique Battlepacks. Here's what they include:
Versatility Battlepack: A versatile assault rifle, weapon camo skin, and XP boost.
Precision Battlepack: An super accurate assault rifle, weapon camo skin, and XP boost.
Suppression Battlepack: A large ammo capacity rifle, weapon camo skin, and XP boost.
Its means there is nothing to download. Please read the "Compare editions" part
I bought/own the regular edition of hardline. (XBox One) However, there is DLC called the "Hardline Deluxe Upgrade" that includes everything you have listed along with 10 Gold battle packs. Whenever I go to my battle packs in the multiplayer menu I keep getting those same messages. When I go to the Xbox store it says it is already purchased. Thanks for the help though.
