Is your PS4 updated with the latest system software and have you tried to link your console with a cabled internet connection rather than wireless?
Please keep in mind that our servers are heavily loaded as many players downloading the game right now.

Just sort your stupid game out you first break Fifa now when I buy hardline it takes over 12 hours to "install" after already downloading from the store my internet speed is 70 Mbps so my internet is fine. Don't blame others for your terrible creation
