I also have a physical disc-based copy of the game and am having the same issue. Last night I went to play it, saw the "Full Game xx%" get to 42% then stop entirely. So I ejected the disc, deleted all data for the game (including the profile/save game data that is generated), restarted in safe mode, rebuilt the database, and started the install process again. Now I've been at 11% for hours.
The real kicker is that it doesn't appear that anything is downloading in the background, as those with the PSN copy are reporting - this should be streaming off the disc. To me, this means the actual install process of the data is bad. I love the BF games, but I really should've learned my lesson after the abysmal launch of BF4. DICE... a great studio but hindered by EA. I don't know how, but it's ALWAYS an EA game that I have trouble with. Literally, always.
