We had an outage in our server backend, could you please tell us if you still encounter connection issues and provide us some information about your routermodem and internet connection in general? I can always recommend to try a cabled connection rather than wireless and to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the powe-source for about 2 minutes and turn it on again. Please keep in mind that just turning the modem off won't work, you need to actually unplug it from the power-source.

After tour last update (robbery) all gamers here in egypt suffer from this issue (lost connection to server), we cant play online any more, some found out work arounds, but the majority did not
Also the loadouts are not saved, every game we have to choose all the weapona and gadgets because every thing is reset
Robbery is the worst - most horrible update ever
Now we (friends) cant play hardline any more with each other
