Heavy stuttering and unstable fps making the game unplayable

hello guys , i have been experiencing recently some very annoying performance issues in bf 1 , i have been playing bf 1 on and off for a few years now and didnt experience this issue before and when i did i stopped playing the game . now i have decided to hop back on the game and the issue is still there but only on multiplayer the campaign mode runs flawlesly . I usually play around 45-50 fps wich is good enough for me the stuttering starts once the latency icon appears on the screen . I have tried every fix i couldd find on the internet lowered the settings checked if it was a direct x problem , uninstaled and reinstalled drivers updated the litteraly everything , i also checked if it was an internet issue but it wasnt . 

my pc specs are : i7 8th gen  2.00ghz 12gb ram nvidia mx130 2gb vram .

I really want to fix this issue its really getting on my nerves
