The thing is, I was fortunate enough to receive the qualification for the battlefield LABS test today. I am delighted and honored to participate in this test. Because this is my first time participating in a battlefield test. Unfortunately, the staff seems to have made a mistake with my main gaming platform. They sent me the Xbox platform, and I had already moved to the PC platform many years ago, so I don't have any devices available to participate in the testing. Could you please ask the administrators to change my testing platform qualification to PC? Please, this is very important to me. Thank you.

The EA team does not have the ability to change your playtesting platform. There is no way around this, sorry for the bad news.
You should change your preferences inside of your playtest profile to avoid issues like this in the future.
