Make sure you set up your server browser filters correctly to make all possible servers show up!

Like, set all things that way it displays everything (no specific filters check marked)

Set only the filter for the map "Dragon Valley" and the filter of the server type for "private" and "unranked" ones to show.

Don't care about free slots filters ect., make all available to show! (can either be check marked all or none) 

Then see what appears in your server browser. 

If you're able to rent your own server on PS3 BF4 version too, then you could probably do it there.

As you can do this EE for the DICE LA camo on either "unranked" or "private" servers.

So you can rent one and set it up yourself how you need it to be able to do it.

Dragon Valley is not available on old consoles...

@Juggernaut-7-6 didn't knew that. Thought you can't find a server. 

But well, if you knew it already then the question was quit useless anyways. 😃

@Juggernaut-7-6 as you say Dragon Valley is not available, yes it is impossible as you need to do the EE on this map.

Well, this DLC pack which included this map came out pretty late in BF4's life circle.

And unfortunately at some point the support for older game versions like the PS3 one will end or at least not be given as much as a newer version like the PS4 one. Therefore some things might not get added. Sorry.
