I think I may have fixed it!
I was forcing the game to run in X86 (32 Bit mode). I forgot I had specified this option in Origin. If you go to MY Games in Origin and click on BF4. Next to Launch Options, click edit. You can force it to run X86 or X64. [img]http://i.imgur.com/yyfVAir.png[/img]
Better to run it in X64 if you have a 64 Bit OS.Then go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\
Scratch that, there is a newer update of visual studio 2012 redistributable that fixes some issues (I was still having crashes). You can download is here:

Run the vcredist_x64 before you play the game - this ensures the correct dll dependencies are set up.
If you have a 32 Bit OS, run the vcredist_x86 - (same link) - http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30679
As long as you run the redistributable first that matches the correct mode that use, you should be good.
