Help!! How can I get my code back?

I bought a BF3 from HongKong,After that I activated the cdkey and play,until my friend told me I should have 3 packs sounds like dogtags or camo pack something.

I didn't got that because the seller took the physical key away  when I bought it. What should i do? Last time I traveled to HongKong was several months ago.

Is it still valid after so long?how can I get it back? However,I think it's unfair if the seller took it away,and I'm not appreciate that behavior.

  • On which platform are you playing the did you purchase the standard edition, Limited Edition, or Premium edition game?

    I bought Premium edition on PC platform.

    Once you redeem the code on your Origin account nobody can take the code back, it's a permanent entitlement on your account.  Here is how to download and install the Premium packs for your game:

    Start BF3 in Origin you will be prompted to download your expansions.  If this doesn't happen right click the BF3 icon in your games library and select "show game details" then on each expansion right click and select "download".  After all selected expansions download you can play BF3 on the expansion packs.  Then go to Battlelog, multiplayer, server browser and at the top of the page add the new expansion maps and game modes to your server browser filter settings to find games on the new maps.

    3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"

    5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
    6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
    7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

    I think you didn't get the point, the point is I got the cd key of the game itself,but i didn't get the dog tag pack which is supposed to be included.
