Help! need fixed

Ok sio i have a ps3 and i own battlefield 3 and i have premium and battlelog, but i changed my psn I.D. and i cant get to my battlelog on a computer, because i forgot my password, so i cant reset my email, i have had a new email mr.boomshack@gmail.com but i cant reset my odl email so im screw on my battlelog, my old email was wshnill@yahoo.com, but i cant use it or acsses it, nor reset it, but my new email is mr.boomshack@gmail.com psn I.D is jubjub0078, sadly i need help on how to switch battlelog email account cuz i ve tried to everything from everysite. please send me a email at mr.boomshack@gmail.com
