Help with my server!

Hi, everyone, I'm new here and new to this. I have a problem with my server, this is the following .. 2 weeks ago since I have my server and my basic problem I can not configure the tickets. I have the problem of configuring it to my liking but the next day they are not as they were. I understand that the percentage of 100% is 1200 tickets. in this what I mean is that the configuration is not saved. Today I put 100% that are 1200 tickets. but when I look at the server again in the morning, it is not the configuration that I had done. my question is ..... what am I doing wrong ?????. This happens as if you reset all by default. Any help please, I need it. Thanks guys! PS: use procon!
