Helping with a frustrating problem

Ehu guys, I am Simone, and I want to tell you my story. Everything started when I was tryng to do one of the Easter Egg (The begenning) on Battlefield that leads to achieve the PeceKeeper. So, I was tryng to do the Easter egg called " the begenning", and While I was doing it I discovered the location of a simbol I need that was on a map called Sinai Desert Redux. So I tried to load that map but nothing, infinite loading. Then I tried to restart the game since sometime it happens that a map won't load. (Take in mind that I realized instantly that was not a problem of connection...you will understand later why)..Once I restarted the game, I tried to load again that map but nothing still same situation, so I tried to load all maps on my server, I setted my server with every single map of the game and everyone loads except the one I need, all the others map loaded except sinai, the others load also really fast...since I was not able to solve the problem with multiple attempts like -->(I tried to remove my save data on the xbox settings of battlfield app as a guy suggested me on discord, I think you know what's discors is?) ...I decided to delete and install the game again on my XBOX one X, cause I am usallly palyng battlefield 1 on my xbox, and I have the digital copy. After Reinstalling the game (the installation finished today) I tested again sinai and this time the map loaded but you know what? Was bad than the last time..why? After see that sinai was loaded succesful this time I was happy,so later I went in to the map called ballroom blitz (in order to continue the easter egg ) and I saw that this time also blitz was buggy like, infinite loading, first sinai, now ballrroom blitz. But that's not enough because the game now seems full of bugs like If I try to join an operation after a little loading, I just see a black screen..or I don't know, I tried before to restart my server and once i tried it just appeared a black screen without restarting it...so I magine first I delete the GAME because I FACE JUST ONE BUG ON SINAI...after INSTALLING AGAIN IT, SINAI WAS GOOD BUT I FACE 1000000 BUGS (just sayng...) plus balroom blitz buggy like sinai before..seems that the game was better before when sinai wasnt loading but I was able to play public matches...now it's impossibile because the game freezes, ETC BLACK SREEN EVERYWHERE ETC....it never happened to me. Hope you guys can help me cause I put a lot of effor doing this easter egg and I can't continue it anymore with m yteam on Battlefield...I don't care honestly about the fact that I can't play anymore public matches with the game in this condition, I care more about th efact that I can't continue my easter egg. Idk if it can helps you but I play Battlefield 1 on XBOX one x, I have it in a digital coopy. Sorry for the long message but it's really frustrating.. Waiting for some replies/help, Regards, Simone
