Hey! On my PS4, I have lost all my premium weapons, it even says “Premium Pass”

How Am I able to fix this problem? I can’t use my premium pass weapons even thought it says I have the premium pass

    Hi @camdaman2121,

    If you are unable to use content you downloaded from the PlayStation Store, it could be a problem with the licenses for the content. Try restoring the licenses.

    1. Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
    2. Select Restore and wait until the process is complete and try accessing your content again.

    NOTE: You may need to activate a primary PS4 console.

    1. Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PlayStation 4]. 
    2. Select Activate.

    If that doesn't work, you probably didn't install the content for the game. Please read this article on How to manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation.

    @camdaman2121 I had a similar problem on bf4, have you moved your game over to a external hardrive at all ? If so you may have to re download any content that you bought
