High Ping Issues after latest anti-cheat update

Ever since the latest update, I have a very high ping (70-120+)  and am rubber banding constantly on any server, no matter the region.

I have a 1gb cable connection and this has never been an issue before.

Is anyone else experiencing this or knows how to fix it? It makes the game completely unplayable
