Hello,
I dont think its an internet speed issue as i had the same issue.
I use to have internet speed of 20mb and my ping is above 120 and when i upgraded my internet to 50 mb i still had the same issue with ping 120.
So its the ISP problem adding to that its better to serch for servers in your country / region as it will help a bit.
