High ping only in BF1. tried a bunch of stuff

hi Ive had this issue for 2-3 months probably. and noticed in the forums here MANY people have it too.  ridiculously high pings fluctuating (usually 200-400 up to 600-800) then back to 80-100 (normal), only in BF1, constantly .  I did a number of tests and rebooted and re positioned router and computer, ran tracert command in my closest server area (US WEST) .  I just hopped into BF4 to see if it lagged there, and after 15 minutes or so of gameplay the ping was (80-100) with no spikes, smooth no choppy or missed shots.   using win7 x64  gtx1070  16gb ram.  its not my hardware its not my internet and that means its the BF1 servers.  I always choose the closest servers to me with lowest ping (70-100).  my internets ping is usually 60-70.  someone said its the NETCODE and it was changed awhile ago, but I wouldnt know about that.  all i know is this lag is abnormal and points right to the BF1 official US WEST servers and US EAST Ive tried as well.  other games dont lag like this, (HotS) and this makes multiplay very annoying and delayed, almost unplayable.  please EA look into this, this is not a user problem and I dont want to hear the link to go check troubleshooting stuff for network issues,  as I and many other people have already done that.  this is clearly a BF1 server latency problem.
