How can I sync my xbox account and my ea account? I am having issues

Hi i have been playing battlefield on my xbox for a while now and I just bought a PC that is able to run the recent battlefields and Would like yto know how get all the progress that was on my xbox account tpo my pc. It shows that my accounts are linked when i check my account on ea's website. My data does not sync. my xbox uses my xbox live id and my pc uses my ea account credentials. I do not want the PC data to overwrite my xbox's account though. please keep that in mind. I want to sync with my xbox data to overwrite watever is on my pc.  thanks
