How can you get to play Operation Albion? (Solved)

I especially like the Russian Expansion for Battlefield I because there are few video games involving the Russian Civil War. I also like the Operations feature the most because they tell a story. They help you imagine that you are participating in the historic battle. I liked beating Lupkow Pass, a Russian Expansion map, on Operations mode.

Albion is a neat map, but it looks like the only way to play it as an Operation is to wait until one of the Servers chooses to include it. When I try to rent a Server an choose Albion as a map myself, it allows me to include modes like War Pigeons, but not the Operation mode. I looked through the Servers over a few weeks but don't remember seeing Albion as one of the Operation maps, although I played it on Team Deathmatch and Conquest modes.

UPDATE: It looks like it is only playable on Conquest mode and some other modes, but not on Operations mode.
