    The YouTube video you refer to is BF4, so here is how you do it:

    Simply go into the Options/Game Settings and scroll down to Advanced Settings.

    In here you now scroll down until you see Player Optic Color Options

    Here you can now adjust the hue settings to your liking!

    And you have the resulting crosshair shown live just next to the setting that you are adjusting.

    If you are not familiar with color mixing using settings for Red, Blue and Green, then this might be some help to you to get started:

    I have myself yellow and increased size for hit markers, sharp orange for headshot hit markers, and then a thick red for kill markers.

    Makes it easier to play in also a bright lit room and also more intuitive to go quick from one enemy to the next as you mow them down.  :o)

    While you are in here in the advanced HUD settings, try also to increase the size of your minimap to like 120-150%!
