How do I favorite server
I can't find where to favorite server on my console, Xbox one nor can I find it on the battle log site on my computer.

Did you check your Server Browser for your Favorite servers? Can you please login to battlelog and check your Favorites tab http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ ?
Go to Multiplayer>>Server Browser>> favorites.
