How do I fix Battlefield 4 Dark Textures when it's set to Ultra Settings?

So it has nothing to do with corrupted data files or anything related to that....just the NVIDIA's "latest drivers" are causing this problem? (sorry if I ask too much)

@TheLegendCreator its not 100% that's the issue, however many people have had similar issues as well as myself and doing this fixed it.
