If you played the game from the start, I am sorry but your refund window is long gone.

They are the only one that can help you.
This is players helping players and we have no control or association with EA / DICe what so ever except that we play their games, and post here to help players.
For the actually game itself, I think you are out of luck for that as they give you 72 hrs window.
We all do when things don't go our way. This is players helping players so keep that in mind. We all go through what you are goingthrough. Do you know how many times I feel like cursing EA /DICE then found out it is my internet that is causing the issues? Many times. My bro in law fix his issue by direct wiring and I got a new SMART WIFI from Linksys that fixes our situation majority of the time .. Went from about 14 disconnect / error connecting to servers to about 2
At one point, Microsoft was refunding the Premium memberships directly through Microsoft. I am not aware of Playstation doing it.

Premium and game refunds are the same, they both apply for the Origin Great Game Guarantee, that can be found here: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/great-game-guarantee-terms . If he was playing both from the start, contacting support will not help him, as he was log over the limit. Contacting support in this matter is useless.

If you bought premium from MS or Sony they are still giving full refunds. Everyone else is not from what I have heard.

I don't care if people have 3000 hours in this broken game. We all know EA is never going to refund it's customers. Interesting though how Hilleman from EA yesterday admitted the game is broken. It will be interesting how EA decides to spin this. Flat out said the game needs more fixing. I'm stunned he would say it and admit it but it does give traction to those who feel ripped off.
Bottom line.... does not matter how long someone plays a broken game if it's broken. To me they are people stuggling to get their moneys worth out of their broken game.
