How do I know what Battlefield 3 dlc I already have?

If you purchased the humble bundle you have no DLC for PC because DLC is platform specific and does not transfer to other platforms.

You can see which PS3 DLCs you have in the PSN Store under BF3, in your PSN downloads history, or if you've linked your PSN ID with battlelog you can view it on battlelog.

And in addition to ragnarok's post, on PC, you can see your available DLCs on the game details page of your Battlefield 3. To get there, right-click Battlefield 3 in your games library and select Show Game Details, or click the i button in the mouse over popup.
