how do I redeem a code

Hi, I purchased the Battlefield 4 dog tags and inside the pouch there is a redeemable code. It states " To redeem your Battlefield 4 in-game content "

1 Go to www.battlefield.com/dogtagoffer

2 Log in with your Origin Account or sign up if you dont already have one

3 Follow the instructions to enter your code

4 Bonus in-game content will be available after Battlefield 4 launches in Autumn

Ok so I went to the web site stated above only to have a screen show a huge 404 saying log in to you Origin account

This I did and still no place to enter this code

Really I find the Origin site one of the most unfriendly user sites around, Steam is bad enough but at least you have an area that states My Games or Redeem A Code, but Origin, my games log, Yeah right, you have Browse Games, Free Games or Deals. So OK lets try My Account, well its not in here either nope  just Order History or  Privacy Settings, OK now lets type it in to the search engine what I am looking for, well what a surprise it states "Sorry we didn't find anything for Redeem A Code"  and then there is the plethora of other stuff, BUT NO WHERE is there a place to enter a code nor how to find the games I have listed on Origin...........Have a chat with your tech guys your site need seriously upgrading 

So how is it possible to redeem this code, when given what seems like very easy to follow instructions, when there is no area to put the code in once on the site/s

Any enlightenment as to how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
