How do i write to ea directly?
I want a direct answer instead of the "oh we're going to fix this response" that has pervaded the internet as of late. I, as a paying customer, demand an explanation as to why battlefield 4 was released in a completely broken state... I realise you're not going to come out and say "oh... well to compete with call of duty ghosts" which we all realise is the case, but i'd rather know why you think you're getting away with this. This is piss-poor business practice and i want to write to ea directly for an explanation as to what they intend to do about taking everybody's money and providing them with a product that doesn't work... because this is the worst piece of customer abuse since aliens: colonial marines. I am not concerned whether you are fixing your issues, which you damn well bloody should, that is not news, we know the game needs fixed, we're the **bleep** who paid £40/$60 for a broken, clearly untested, unfinished product. Now i want to know why ea thinks that is acceptable and what they will be doing to make things right to the customer... No bull**bleep** about it being difficult to test please, you had your beta and that's what it was for, 10 minutes sitting down with this game is enough to ensure anyone that it was released incomplete and broken almost to the point of being unplayable. If you can't give me these answers in a suitable fashion, please give me the e-mail/address of those who damn well can. For this **bleep** should be illegal and you clearly don't deserve to get away with it. Apologies in advance to the poor recipient of this who probably had **bleep** all to do with the outcome of bf4 but has been put in the unpleasant position of answering the thousands of similar and justified complaints! We know it isn't your fault and have a nice day... ea... i'll have my answers now thank you!
