If its on console than you just go to rent a server on the account that bought it and you can extend it there when it asks if you want to buy a new one or extend an existing one

it should be in the rent a server part. and it should ask if you want to buy a new one or extend an existing one

you can only extend it on the actual owners account. It won't let you if you are just an admin.
