HOW to contact technical support???

I live in a country where the "Call me now" and "Live chat" services is not available. So what should I do to contact EA SUPPORT???
Half year ago Live chat worked fine for me, but not more. I also tried to find a support email address, but it is not specified anywhere!!!
It's just ABSURD! EA SUPPORT still exists or no longer????? "WHERE IS IT"???!!!!!
