How to download bf2 64 maps

Hello IIPrestOnII,Cant seem to download Any 64 bit maps Ive tried no go (error'C\user\scr23\AppData\local\Temp\BF2sp\install.exe'.) I am running Windows 10.I have set Comp Setting still no go(I am currently playing BF2 16 Singleplayer) so I know it will work.It seems Ive made a mistake trying to download.If you can help much Appericated need more practice 16 to small .......THX  Frank
