@derek19990616 Unfortunately I don't have any specific info at this time. I'd guess that perhaps it's either a giveaway, with codes coming from the various Game Changers. Another guess would be that it's a viral dogtag, gotten by actually playing with the various Game Changers.
If I can get some concrete info i'll update the thread, sorry that I don't have more.- @derek19990616
Confirmed: GameChangers will get Codes today what they will give away in the next time, while streams and things like that!

(Please leave XP and accept it as Solution if it helped you) Thanks! Many Twitch streamers are Game Changers. They'll occasionally issue these dog tags for some of their viewers via code.
Also a lot of them are on Twitter and they occasionally hand-out these dogtags to their followers.
