How to get my GUID? I was banned by the servers auto kick. AND Admin want cancel this, but there‘s no guid

Method 1 (Only works if you have a BF3 server with Procon access): 
Join your server. You can read your GUID, as well as the GUIDs of others in the server through Procon.

Method 2 (Only works if you are a registered member of PBBans):
•Join any PB enabled server that streams to the PBBans index (if you've played the game at all you have most likely already done this). You can find one close to you through the PBBans MSi Server Locator.

•Obtain your external IP address. The easiest way to do this is to google "my ip address"

•Go to the PBBans Master Player Index 

•Enter your IP address as the Search Data, and select "User IP" in the Search By drop-down menu. Perform the search.

•Click on the GUID listed under BF3 and verify through the alias used that it belongs to you.

Method 3: 
•Navigate to your pb folder 
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\BF3\pb
•Create or edit a file called pbcl.cfg in the pb folder 

•Add the following line to pbcl.cfg: pb_logtofile 1
•Save the file and join a PB enabled server 

•In the pb folder you should see a pbcl.log file within it should be a line starting with:
PB Server assigned guid =
