how to join ea gun club?

when i go into ea gun club they said that the page does not exist

OP the short answer is that you can no longer join EA Gun Club. EA took the site down and it is no longer active. Now the only way to earn the M1911 is to be a Battlefield veteran with a veteran status of 1 or greater. If that is why you wanted to join Gun Club you can play one of the free web based Battlefield titles such as Battlefield Heroes http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/en/ or Battlefield Play 4 Free http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/ while logged in with your Origin account. These two titles will give you veteran status as well.

Yes, installation of the game and signing up is not enough, you must play a round of the game to be a veteran.
