how to modify weapons on battlefield 4

I cannot figure out how to change attachments and assign defibrillator and at mine plz help

    Can an engineer change from a mbt-law to an rpg on the fly during a round of Conquest? I was wondering because I saw it being done...

    When you are deploying there is an option in the bottom right that says "customise"
