how to open udp port 3659

i get this sometimes since the second assult came out
battlefield 4

    For Battlefield on PC, please enable the following online ports on your connection:


    TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
    UDP    : 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300


    For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

    Why do we have to do this. You should have this all ironed out. It's Dragon's teeth and this is still happening.

      I feel you man , stil getting this error since dragons teeth came out... Have port fowarded. Have talked to ISp and we cant resolve it either

    Have this error too. But only when i try to connect for the first time the error occures. After it happened one time its gone. Port forwarding and UPnP active.

      Same * thing for me, It is past betrayal for Hardline and this * is still happening. I thought DICE was good at FIXING bugs, And BALANCING *, but CLEARLY NOT! its been over... what now, 4 years? Still happening. 10/10 would port 3569 UDP again. i won't be buying BF5 or the next game in this ruined series.

        tried every fix posted and no help. this should have been fixed by dice months ago.
