How to reset security question/answer

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

I read this, and I cannot to change my Email address and security code
I didin't remember the security code !
Please help me. Yes, I try to connect a game advisor

    This is a public forum where users help other users. Therefore we unfortunately cannot help with account or billing issues.Try contacting an EA Advisor by going to

    https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    You will need to write some keywords about your problem, then fill out product, category and platform, press "Find Solutions" and then "I Still Need Help". Then your contact options will appear. If live chat/phone does not appear, it might be closed in your area at the moment and you might consider changing it to: "United States" or something else in the language selector in the bottom for a better result.

    Please accept solutions if they are correct and press the XP button if somebody helped you. This way you case will show as "Solved" thus helping others with the same problem.

    Hi there,

    If you want to update your security question, you need to call the Specialist Team and they can help you.
    This can't be done from the Live Chat.

    But you need to contact them from this link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Choose "CONTACT A ADVISOR" then you need to choose product etc. After doing all those steps, you will get different options on how to contact the Support Team.

    If you can't choose "CALL US" then choose "EMAIL US". If you can't choose neither of these, you should at least be able to choose "LIVE CHAT".
