I am having issues buying battlepacks in BF1

I am having some issues buying battlepacks in BF1. There is no store window opening. Little white circle is there loading, but nothing happends 10-15-20 mins. When i close window on X it says, "Tran...

    I tried it on Windows platform and bought a Standard Battlepack (Ultimate Revision).
    There were no problems and the transaction was successful.
