13 years agoUnfortunatly BF3 has an age restriction because they are required to by law. IF the ESRB gives it M then it's 17+ period. IF battlefield allows an online code to be redeemed by an underage user they are violating the ESRB. Just like if your 12 year old child went into a movie by himself that was rated R, the movie theater would be violating the law. The easiest work around would be to create a new gamertag to play online that is "old" enought. As far I know microsoft will not allow you to change the age of any user for the lifetime of the gamertag.
